Hi, welcome to this hypnosis session I am so glad you’re here. Let’s talk for a brief moment about what hypnosis is and how it can help us reconnect with ourselves and then we’ll get into the session. deeply relaxing state where you can access the power of your subconscious mind. It’s like daydreaming, only you’re more focused and more in tune with your inner self, which we tend to get really busy and like suppress and be very disconnected from. Hypnosis is perfectly safe and you’ll be in control the entire time. Sometimes we get so caught up in our daily lives that we just lose touch with who we really are and what we really want. And we start to kind of wear different hats and take on various roles, which can make us feel really disconnected from our true selves and honestly kind of dissociated as we go through life. This disconnection can affect our mental health and our overall wellbeing. So in this session, we’re going to explore ways to bring you back to your authentic self. You’re going to find a sense of clarity. You’re going to feel empowered, and you’re going to reconnect with who you truly are. So get comfortable. Take a deep breath. You can sit or lie down, and we’re going to start this journey together. Please remember, you are so safe here, and this is the time for you to rediscover and embrace your true identity and really regain that connection to self. Welcome to this powerful hypnosis session focused on reclaiming your personal identity. Find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, and gently close your eyes. This is your time to reconnect with yourself. So let go of any distractions and allow yourself to be fully present. Take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs completely. Hold it for a moment. And then exhale slowly through your mouth, releasing any tension. Continue this breathing pattern and with each breath, imagine letting go of any stress, tension or worries. Continue to breathe deeply and slowly, allowing yourself to feel more and more relaxed with each exhale. Now, let’s start relaxing your body from head to toe. Begin by focusing on your forehead. Imagine a gentle warmth spreading across your forehead, softening any tension. Feel this warmth moving down to your eyes, letting them relax and become heavy. Let the relaxation continue to your cheeks, your jaw, and into your neck. Feel your shoulders drop as they release all tension. Allow this soothing sensation to flow down your arms, through your elbows, wrists, and into your hands. Your arms are now heavy and completely relaxed. Now bring your focus to your chest and abdomen. Feel your breath becoming deeper and more rhythmic. As you exhale, imagine letting go of any tightness. Let this relaxation flow down your back, into your hips and legs. Feel it moving through your thighs, knees, abs, and finally to your feet. Your entire body is now deeply relaxed and at ease. Imagine yourself in a serene and peaceful place. Somewhere that makes you feel completely safe and relaxed. This could be a beautiful beach, a quiet forest, or a cozy room. Take a moment to immerse yourself in this environment. Notice the colors, the sounds, the smells. Feel the sense of peace and comfort that surrounds you. In your peaceful place, I want you to visualize a staircase in front of you with 10 steps, with you being at the top of the staircase. With each step you take, you will go deeper into relaxation. Imagine yourself stepping down onto the first step Feeling more relaxed. Take the second step down, going deeper still. The third step, even deeper. Continue to move down, feeling more and more at ease. The fourth step, letting go of any remaining tension. The fifth step, halfway down, feeling so relaxed. The sixth step, deeper and more comfortable. The seventh step, almost there. The 8th step, feeling incredibly calm. The 9th step, almost at the bottom. And the 10th step, deeply relaxed, completely at peace. I’ll now count down from 10 to 1. With each number, you will drift even deeper into relaxation. 10, feeling calm. 9, deeper still. 8, more relaxed. 7, sinking further into peace. 6, halfway there. 5. Deeply at ease. 4. Feeling so calm. 3. Almost completely relaxed. 2. Nearly there. And 1. Deeply relaxed and fully at peace. In this deep state of relaxation, imagine a mirror appearing in your safe place. As you approach this mirror and look into it, you see your true self, free from any roles or labels or trauma. This is the real you, unique, valuable, and worthy just as you are. Take a moment to observe yourself in the mirror. Notice how you look when you are completely authentic and true to yourself. Soak up this image. Embrace it, knowing it represents the core of who you really are. Repeat these affirmations in your mind. I am worthy. I am unique. I embrace my true self. Visualize yourself doing things that bring you joy and fulfillment. Activities that are purely for you and your enjoyment. No external expectations, pressures, or obligations. What comes up for you? And see yourself thriving in these moments, just fully connected with your passions and your desires. Now picture any external expectations or pressures as physical objects, maybe heavy bags or boxes you’re carrying. Whatever image your subconscious mind produces, just trust it. See all the external pressures as objects. Now gently set these objects down. Watch as they dissolve or drift away. Feel the freedom and lightness as you release these burdens. Visualize yourself standing tall and free, embracing your personal identity with so much confidence and self-love. You are not what you’ve done. The you you see in that mirror is the true you. And we love her. See yourself moving through life with a sense of empowerment and self-assurance. You are whole and complete. You have the power to live authentically and true to yourself. In your mind, imagine a future where you live authentically, fully embracing who you are. See scenes where you are fulfilled, confident, and engaged in activities that align with your true self. And see yourself doing some of the day-to-day things that are a part of your life. But you’re showing up differently. Picture yourself interacting with others, radiating authenticity, groundedness, and joy. Feel the satisfaction and happiness that comes from living your life fully aligned with your true identity and really being unapologetically her. As you enjoy these positive images, create a physical anchor for this feeling of confidence, groundedness, and empowerment. Gently press your thumb and forefinger together, associating this gesture with the sense of confidence and reclaimed identity you just created and are experiencing now. This is anchoring these emotions and this version of you into your body. Whenever you need to reconnect with this feeling, you can use this anchor, this gesture, to remind yourself of who you really are and come back to these feelings. And repeat these affirmations in your mind. I am connected to my true self. I embrace my identity with confidence and joy. I have the power to live authentically. I am free to be my true self. Let those words resonate deeply within you, reinforcing your sense of self and this sense of empowerment. It’s time to slowly return to the present moment. Begin to become aware of your surroundings, the sounds, the smells. Wiggle your fingers and toes. Take a nice deep breath in, feeling energy returning to your body. As you exhale, feel yourself becoming more alert and awake. I’ll now count from 1 to 5. With each number, you’ll feel more awake and refreshed. 1. Becoming more aware. 2. Feeling energy returning. 3. More alert. 4. Almost fully awake. And 5. Open your eyes, feeling refreshed and empowered and connected to your true self. And take a moment to reflect on your experience today. Remember that you have the power to reconnect with your true self anytime you need. You have that anchor in your fingers to access these emotions at any point in the day. Anchors typically last about 24 to 48 hours before they need to be redone. And so when you’re ready, get up and carry this sense of self empowerment and authenticity with you throughout the day.
