Hey babe! Today, we’re diving into something we all need but rarely get clear on—goals. But I’m not talking about those vague, “I want to make more money” or “I need to lose weight” goals. Nope, we’re getting laser-focused and intentional today because you deserve to actually hit those milestones.

The Problem with Vague Goals

Most of us have goals, right? But they’re often so vague that we’re basically setting ourselves up for mediocrity. Saying “I want more money” is like walking into a restaurant and saying, “Just give me something, whatever.” You’ll get something, but it’s probably not exactly what you want.

The same thing happens when we set unclear goals: meh energy = meh results.

Get Intentional and Make Sh*t Happen

Here’s what you need to do instead: custom order your life. You wouldn’t settle for “whatever” on the menu, so why do that with your dreams?

It’s not, “I want to lose weight.” It’s, “I weigh 150 pounds and feel strong and vibrant.” It’s not, “I want more money.” It’s, “I generate $10K a month through my business, effortlessly and with joy.”

You see the shift? You’re declaring exactly what you want, and that sends a signal to your brain. This is where the magic happens: your Reticular Activating System (RAS) kicks in. You’re feeding your subconscious with clear, specific goals, and it starts looking for ways to make them happen.

Pro Tip: Write Your Goals in the Present Tense

Write them like they’re already happening. Seriously, this changes everything!

Instead of “I want to make more money,” it becomes “I generate $15,000 a month through my business, and it feels so good.”

It’s science, babe. When you think and talk about your goals like they’re already happening, your brain creates new pathways that support that belief.

Align Your Actions

Now, just saying it isn’t enough. You’ve got to walk the walk every single day. Think of it like casting votes. Are you voting for the future version of yourself or for the old, expired version?

Small, daily actions add up. If your goal is to grow your business, what daily habits will make that happen? Maybe it’s sending one email a day, posting one reel, or reaching out to one potential collaborator.

Remember: Consistency over intensity.

Get Accountability

Listen, I’m all about accountability. This is why I’ve built entire communities and programs like The Becoming Her Collective, because you need people in your corner.

Whether it’s a coach, a friend, or even a post-it note on your mirror, accountability boosts your success. It’s proven. You walk farther when you have a friend with you. You work harder when you’ve got a trainer.

Act As If You’ve Already Made It

Here’s the fun part—start acting like your goal has already happened. This is not fake it till you make it; this is rewiring your brain for success.

Spend five minutes a day visualizing your future self living your goal. Your brain starts believing this is your reality and will start pulling in opportunities, resources, and ideas to make it happen.
