The Origin of the Becoming Her Method
The Becoming Her method is born out of my own journey through major life changes, intense personal struggles, and, ultimately, deep self-transformation. My story isn’t unique in its challenges—I’ve faced oppressive belief systems, physical trauma, relationship upheavals, and more. But what I discovered through therapy, self-study, and working with powerful subconscious mind techniques, is that transformation doesn’t have to be hard. You don’t need to force yourself into becoming a better version of you. Instead, you need to embody that higher version of yourself in small, meaningful ways, and let that guide your changes.
During a meditation, I connected with my “higher self”—the version of me free from trauma, pain, and the limiting beliefs I had carried for so long. That connection sparked a shift that allowed me to transform without force. I stopped trying to “fix” myself and started embodying the traits of my higher self. From that moment on, the shift was cellular. I lost weight, cleared up my health issues, gained clarity about my purpose, and experienced so much more peace.
This transformation was so profound that I started developing a system for other women to experience the same. After years of testing and tweaking, the Becoming Her method was born.
The 3 Phases of the Becoming Her Method
1. Connection
In this first phase, you will connect with your higher self. This is crucial because you cannot become what you don’t know. Through a guided meditation (or hypnosis, if you prefer that term), you’ll experience what it’s like to embody this higher version of yourself. The traits, energy, and essence of this version will give you a blueprint for your transformation.
This connection is a powerful foundation, and it’s one of the shortest phases of the method. Once you feel that connection, you’re ready to move into the next phase: consistency.
2. Consistency
This phase is where the magic happens. Over 21–30 days, you’ll establish the Becoming Her daily ritual, a five-step practice designed to align your mind and energy with your goals. These steps are designed to be simple but incredibly impactful, and they only take 25 minutes a day!
The five steps are:
- Visualization: Mentally rehearse your desired outcomes to activate the brain as if you’re already living them.
- EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique): Tap on acupressure points to clear emotional blocks and align your energy.
- Scripting: Write as if you are already living your dream life to solidify your intentions and rewire your brain.
- Positive Self-Talk: Use powerful affirmations and “I am” statements to reshape your subconscious beliefs.
- Movement: Engage in intuitive movement or exercise to ground the intentions in your body and elevate your vibration.
These steps ensure that you’re not just thinking about your higher self but embodying her daily. This phase is about creating consistent habits that align with your next-level self.
3. Embodiment
This is where you live in alignment with your higher self in every area of your life. As you embody this next-level version of yourself, your actions, thoughts, and routines will naturally shift to reflect this higher vibration. You’ll find that everything—your physical appearance, mental clarity, relationships, and even your finances—begins to transform. The goal in this phase is to keep realigning and expanding, allowing your life to continuously evolve with your highest self.
The Power of Subconscious Reprogramming
What makes the Becoming Her method so effective is its focus on reprogramming the subconscious mind. Your subconscious controls so much of your behavior, habits, and outcomes, and it operates based on programming that’s often outdated or limiting. Through practices like visualization, EFT, and positive self-talk, you’re essentially reprogramming your internal computer to reflect your true desires, not old patterns.
By consistently aligning your subconscious with your goals, transformation becomes effortless. Your desires begin to show up naturally, without having to push or force yourself into change.
