If you have followed me for a while, you know I have struggled with an eating disorder. I am a recovering binge eater. It is an ongoing journey and I always want to be open about it because I know others struggle with eating disorders too. So in this episode, I am bringing you BTS to my healthy habits as a recovering binge eater; specifically, around night-time snacking. There are different things I do to prepare my body for those late-night cravings or desire for snacks. Wherever you find yourself on your health journey, I hope this encourages you + gives you practical tips on caring for your body well.
