We have given too much power to the “Fresh Start Energy” that Mondays, New Year’s, or the first of the month carry. You don’t have to wait for a new day, you can reset today. What if you shifted your perspective and see your new breath as a fresh start? You can bring fresh start energy to your day; whatever day, minute, or moment. You decide. You are the embodiment of whatever you choose, consciously or unconsciously. So you might as well embody the fresh start whenever you need it.
